Distributor Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell INSIZE products through physical sales channels
• Provide accurate and complete purchase orders
• Maintain professional representation of the INSIZE brand
• Support customers with product selection and application

Minimum Order Requirements

• Minimum order quantity: 10 units per SKU or
• Minimum order value: AUD $1,000 per order

Intellectual Property

INSIZE Australia grants approved distributors a non-exclusive right to market, promote, and sell INSIZE products.

Distributors may not:

• Use the INSIZE trade name as part of their business name
• Represent themselves as the manufacturer
• Modify branding, packaging, or technical documentation

Delivery

Delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation. Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and transport conditions.

Payment Terms

• Invoices issued within 48 hours of order confirmation
• Payment terms: 3–7 business days
• Orders dispatched once funds have cleared

Product Claims

Distributors must inspect goods upon delivery.

• Visible damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt
• Hidden defects must be reported in writing with photo evidence once identified
