Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Insize Australia supplies professional precision tools and equipment designed for industrial and trade use. Due to the technical nature of these products, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Warranty Coverage

All genuine Insize products supplied by Insize Australia are covered by a 12-month factory warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies to:

• Faulty workmanship
• Material defects
• Manufacturing faults

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, abuse, or incorrect application
• Accidental damage
• Improper storage or maintenance
• Calibration drift due to use
• Products modified or repaired by unauthorised persons

Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period:

• Contact us with proof of purchase
• Provide details and images of the fault
• Return instructions will be issued if inspection is required

Once assessed, we will at our discretion:

• Repair the item, or
• Replace the item, or
• Issue a refund where repair or replacement is not available

Refunds

Refunds are provided only where a product is confirmed faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is verified as faulty.

Return Shipping

Customers may be required to return the product for inspection. Return shipping costs may be reimbursed where a fault is confirmed.
